Her work in 2024 included the high-profile acquisition by AIM-listed Facilities by ADF PLC of Autotrak Portable Roadways Ltd for up to £21.3 million and its associated fundraising which raised gross proceeds for ADF of £10 million via a placing. Beverley led the Acuity team in advising Principality Building Society, the sixth-largest building society in the UK and the largest in Wales in its funding of an ambitious, £100+ million residential-led urban regeneration project to transform the site of an old paper mill into a thriving community, in a decade long development scheme that finally completed in 2024 and was delivered in partnership with Welsh Government, Tirion Homes, Lovell and Cadwyn Housing Association.
Beverley was shortlisted as Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider Wales Dealmaker Awards for three years in a row in 2019, 2020 and 2021 – she remains the only female lawyer in Wales to have been shortlisted for this accolade.
