Acuity advises on the acquisition of Moorgate Communications
On 1 February 2019, we completed the acquisition by Finn Partners, the US based international PR agency, of Moorgate Communications, a London based PR agency focussed on the financial services sector.
Moorgate specialises in complex areas such as transaction banking and treasury services, corporate and investment banking, commercial finance, trade/asset/project finance, emerging markets and market infrastructure (including fintech).
James Hardy acted for Finn Partners, assisted by Adam Williams. The transaction is the latest of many deals we’ve completed in recent years in the PR agency sector.
