With offices spanning the M4 corridor from London to Swansea, our corporate team now includes over 20 lawyers.
With more than a decade of experience in corporate law, Ed advises on a broad range of transactions including fundraisings, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has a particular focus on supporting owner-managed and private equity–backed businesses pursuing growth through investment and buy-and-build strategies, and on delivering successful exits.
Ed’s appointment enhances Acuity Law’s ability to deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to ambitious entrepreneurs and businesses across the UK. His deep regional knowledge and strong deal-making track record will be especially valuable to clients in the South West.
