Acuity Law Hires Regulatory & Compliance Expert Jenny Wilde

Acuity Law has strengthened its healthcare offering by recruiting regulatory & compliance expert Jenny Wilde.

A major boost for the firm’s already deep bench of healthcare law professionals, Jenny joins as Partner and will handle regulatory matters within Acuity’s broader Healthcare team. She is the latest in a string of high-profile hires by Acuity Law, which last year acquired renowned dental law boutique firm Goodman Grant.

Jenny’s arrival heralds a range of new service offerings for Acuity clients, including responses, challenges and appeals to inspection reports and regulatory enforcement actions, safeguarding allegations, investigations and serious care reviews, inquests, prosecutions, Tribunal appeals, commissioning fee disputes and professional disciplinary matters.

“Acuity Law’s balance of commercial expertise and people-focused approach was a huge attraction to me when finding my next professional home and I believe its existing practice areas, combined with my extensive experience in the regulatory side of the health and social care sector will create a powerful ‘one stop shop’ for providers across the UK”, said Jenny Wilde.

“We are delighted to welcome Jenny to Acuity Law. Her substantial regulatory expertise is a boon to our sizeable healthcare offering, and we are pleased to provide new areas of support to clients in the sector”, said Acuity Corporate Healthcare lead partner, Jon Lawley.
