Acuity Law Partners With Specialist Creative, Marketing & Technology Firm Kepler Wolf

Acuity Law is pleased to announce its partnership with London-based boutique law firm Kepler Wolf.  

The partnership will allow Acuity Law and Kepler Wolf to deliver outstanding legal services to creative and technology businesses through an innovative collaboration that delivers multifaceted legal support.

Founded in 2019, Kepler Wolf has quickly built a leading profile concentrating on providing specialist legal services to the digital, creative and technology spaces. The alliance with Acuity Law will enable Kepler Wolf to draw on and promote the full-service expertise of a national law firm while continuing to provide high-quality legal support to its own dedicated client base.

The partnership also strengthens the expertise of Acuity Law, a mainstay of the national corporate and commercial legal market, across the creative and tech sectors, augmenting a 360-degree offering for businesses.

The arrangement sets a new template for law firm alliances. Working as an alliance partnership rather than a referral network allows both firms to leverage their consultancy-based models and flexibly collaborate, building a deeper relationship based on the understanding of the other’s business models. Acuity’s next-generation Consult platform enables employed and consultant lawyers to work side by side, while Kepler Wolf operates entirely as a consultancy model. As alliance partners, Kepler Wolf clients will have the option of wider expertise for their business need and additional resource from Acuity as required, while Kepler Wolf lawyers will also be able to serve Acuity clients in a single team approach.
