Acuity Law shortlisted for Legal Advisors of the Year at HealthInvestor Awards

Acuity Law is delighted to announce that it has been nominated for Legal Advisors of the Year (Transactional) at the HealthInvestor Awards 2020.

The finalist entries were judged by a panel of high-profile, independent judges from across the healthcare sector, thereby confirming Acuity’s place amongst the top tier of legal advisers in the sector.

Over the last 20 years, Acuity’s reputation as the go-to adviser to group health and social care providers has grown year-on-year, with highlights from the last few years including:-

  • being the retained advisers to Portman Dental Care, including on its acquisitions portfolio;
  • advising Hartford Care and CHOICE Care Group on their expanding groups of care homes; and
  • advising LifeCare Residences on its portfolio of luxury retirement villages and care homes.

Beverley Jones, Partner in the healthcare team, said:

“Working in a highly regulated sector like healthcare brings its challenges, but the team we have built here at Acuity Law is as well-equipped as any to meet them head-on. We’re very proud to have been recognised with this nomination and look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of support to health and social care providers for many years to come.”

Jon Lawley, Partner in the healthcare team, said:

“This nomination is a testament to the hard work of Acuity’s healthcare team over the years and strongly reflects our growing reputation in the sector as a provider of high-quality legal and commercial advice to group providers who are looking to expand their businesses.”
