Acuity Law is pleased to have been part of the team behind the International Deal of the Year at the Insider Media Dealmakers Awards.
The award recognised the investment in Avantis Marine, which brought together Leon Capital, the Development Bank of Wales, Grant Thornton and Acuity Law.
The investment from Leon Capital will support Avantis Marine’s plans for international expansion, building on the company’s earlier management buyout backed by the Development Bank of Wales.
Acuity Law provided legal support as part of the transaction, working closely with Avantis Marine and the wider advisory team to help deliver the deal.
The transaction represents an important step in Avantis Marine’s continued development and provides a platform for the business to pursue its international growth ambitions.
