Acuity welcomes Rachael Russell back to the Employment Team

Rachael is re-joining the employment team now she has relocated back to Cardiff. Rachael trained and qualified at Acuity and is now returning to Acuity as an Associate, bringing with her a wealth of experience in dealing with HR & Employment law issues.

Rachael is an experienced solicitor and is well equipped to deal with a variety of issues within the employment field for contentious and non-contentious matters. Rachael, as part of Acuity’s employment team, provides transactional support on company acquisitions and mergers and complex business restructures and has strong experience with employment tribunal litigation claims, including unfair and discrimination claims.

Rachael is also a qualified coach and mentor having completed the ILM’s Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring – clients often find this as added value when seeking to enhance their HR strategies with a particular focus on encouraging employee engagement.
