Acquisition of Polestar Cooling Ltd (2020)
Dulas already held a 50% share in Polestar Cooling Ltd, a key manufacturer of its renewable products. In 2020, Acuity managed the legal process to acquire the remaining share, securing full ownership.

Asset purchase and Employment Law Support (2024)
