Overview

Our Banking & Finance team is committed to delivering finance structures that allow transactions to happen and give you the all-important security you need.

No matter how much you are borrowing or lending, we ensure that the funding documentation is tailored to meet your needs, guiding you through the transaction and ensuring there are no surprises.

We offer solutions and make clear commercial recommendations, as well as pinpointing any issues we uncover in the transaction.

Our expertise is broad based. We act for lenders and borrowers on finance transactions across the credit spectrum, from simple term loans to complex syndicated loan facilities with tiered priority structures.

We also undertake detailed due diligence exercises for banks or investors considering advancing funds and advise on investment agreements, debt instruments and security and finance packages.

We work with specialist lenders, alternative lenders, investment funds and brokers, and we’re also experts in project finance, particularly in the energy, housing and healthcare sectors.

In addition, we’re proud to offer specialist joint venture solicitors who can assist with joint ventures, collaboration arrangements and strategic alliances.
