Our hearing will be based on a fictional scenario and will give you the opportunity to learn how a hearing works, how to put your case across effectively and the importance of being properly prepared.

Materials will be sent to you in advance of the day so that you can experience how a case develops as preparation moves towards trial. Intended to be fully interactive, you will be able to ask cross-examination questions, and experience cross-examination as a witness yourself. At the end of the hearing, you will be able to vote on what you think is the right result, and then hear the Judge’s decision. Afterward there will be a chance to consider what remedy should be awarded – if appropriate!
