We are looking for a Head of Insolvency (Partner Level) to join our award-winning firm in our London office. You will build and Head a team that covers a varied workload that covers contentious and non-contentious Insolvency matters.
As Head of the Insolvency practice area and Partner, you will play a pivotal role at Acuity Law, helping to drive market share and brand presence. You will thrive in leading a team, managing a varied caseload of Insolvency matters and in working with the wider business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Partner looking to Head their own practice area or a Senior Associate level solicitor to step up to Partner level with a forward-thinking growing firm.
Skills & Experience
You will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE from a city or national firm with first-hand knowledge and strong technical expertise in managing a wide range of caseloads both contentious and non-contentious, specifically with Insolvency Restructuring.
Excellent team ethic with demonstrable managerial experience in supporting and leading a busy team and mentoring junior fee earners is required.
You will also need to have client-relationship management experience, a strong client following and excellent client networking and relationship building abilities with a proven track record in winning new business.
Demonstrable experience in driving the implementation and/or adaptation of new and existing approaches and having an entrepreneurial mindset with a clear vision for the department and your own practice’s growth is key. In addition, you will need experience of working with senior managers and reporting to key stakeholders and management board members.
