Acuity had the pleasure of advising Alistair Watkins on the sale of Joluxan Holdings Limited and its subsidiary Influence Sports & Media Limited to The Mission Group Inc.

Influence Sports Limited is a leading agency in the sports and media sector offering a range of services to a diverse portfolio of prestigious clients within the sporting world. Based in London, Influence Sports has a team of industry experts and a strong track record of working with world-leading brands.

The Mission Group’s acquisition marks the latest step in a wider growth strategy set to expand its social media and marketing capabilities across the sports and entertainment markets.

The transaction presents itself as the 12th M&A deal of 2022 that Acuity’s London corporate team has facilitated in the marketing services industry. Corporate partner Tessa Laws led the transaction with support from Legal Director Juliette Franklin and Solicitor Benedetta Cocconi.
