The Mission Group’s acquisition marks the latest step in a wider growth strategy set to expand its social media and marketing capabilities across the sports and entertainment markets.
The transaction presents itself as the 12th M&A deal of 2022 that Acuity’s London corporate team has facilitated in the marketing services industry. Corporate partner Tessa Laws led the transaction with support from Legal Director Juliette Franklin and Solicitor Benedetta Cocconi.
