Adele is Commercial Director of Acuity Law, a shareholder, and a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. Working across the business, Adele plays a central role in shaping Acuity’s growth strategy, strengthening its market position and ensuring the firm continues to evolve in line with the changing needs of its people and clients.

With a background in executive talent acquisition and commercial strategy, Adele leads Acuity’s approach to attracting exceptional legal talent and identifying strategic growth opportunities. She works closely with senior lawyers, partners and specialist teams across the market, supporting lateral hires, team moves and acquisition opportunities that strengthen the firm’s capability and expand its client offering.

A key focus of Adele’s role is leading Acuity Consult, the firm’s legal consultancy platform designed for experienced lawyers seeking greater autonomy without compromising on quality, infrastructure or collaboration. Adele has been instrumental in building and scaling the consultant community, creating a differentiated proposition that combines the flexibility of consultancy with the strength, support and culture of an established national law firm.

Passionate about Acuity’s one-firm approach, Adele works across both the employed and consultant models to connect talent, clients and opportunities. She leads firmwide business planning initiatives, helping identify opportunities for collaboration, cross-referral and sustainable client growth across Acuity’s national network.

Adele also created and leads Acuity’s successful Alliance Partner network, bringing together trusted specialist businesses that complement Acuity’s legal expertise. Through strategic partnerships and carefully selected relationships, the network enhances the firm’s ability to deliver broader commercial solutions and create additional value for clients.

As part of the Group Board and Senior Leadership Team, Adele drives initiatives focused on strategic growth, people development, succession planning and future capability, ensuring Acuity continues to attract, develop and retain outstanding talent at every level.

Before joining Acuity, Adele developed her expertise across the legal, financial services, banking and professional services sectors, partnering with organisations including Lloyds Banking Group and 118 118 Money. Her experience working with national and international businesses shaped her commercial, people-focused approach to growth. Known for her energy, creativity and ability to bring people together, Adele is focused on building a modern law firm where exceptional lawyers have the platform, relationships and support they need to grow, and where clients benefit from ambitious, collaborative and commercially minded teams.
