  • Successfully appealing to obtain a spouse visa for a client whose visa was revoked by the Home Office and whose extension of previous leave to remain in the UK had since expired, meaning the client had inadvertently overstayed
  • Successfully obtaining an extension of leave to remain as a spouse for a client whose previous leave was revoked by the Home Office, meaning the client had inadvertently overstayed
  • Worked on an appeal matter where the Home Office refused to grant EUSS to a client after successful completion of five years’ residence. The decision was overturned at the tribunal
  • Made representations and successfully obtained British citizenship for an applicant whose previous application had been refused due to illegal working and overstaying in the past
