Benedetta is an Associate in our Corporate team.

She is experienced in assisting on a broad range of corporate transaction work, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, share transfers, shareholder agreements, investments and employee share option schemes. 

Benedetta studied LLB European Law at the University of Aberystwyth and graduated in 2018 before completing the LPC MSc at The University of Law in Reading in 2019.
