Christine Jackson is Consultant Partner within our Commercial & Technology Team.

Christine advises clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and regulatory matters. These include international distribution agreements and contracts that ensure appropriate, risk-managed routes to market. Additionally, she handles large-scale IT outsourcing, data sharing, and procurement agreements, alongside GDPR and consumer law compliance work. As a result, Christine works with a diverse mix of clients across various sectors, including leading organisations in the science, manufacturing, software, and healthcare industries.

Before joining Acuity, Christine gained valuable experience at top UK-based and international law firms. Since then, she has acted as external general counsel to C-suite leaders, DPOs, and business owners. Moreover, she has worked client-side on a range of secondments within the communications and e-commerce sectors. During this time, she travelled extensively to negotiate and secure major projects in Prague, Phuket, and Miami.
