Claire is a partner at Acuity Law.

Claire has nearly 40 years’ in-depth knowledge of corporate banking, including secured and unsecured lending, property finance, acquisition finance, project finance and capital markets. In recent years, she has specialised in property finance.

Over the course of her career, Claire has built extremely strong relationships with numerous lenders (including international banks) and property companies. She has particular expertise in the hotel and leisure, social housing, health and education, care home and church funding sectors.

Claire also advises on complex structures and her work includes drafting and reviewing loan agreements, the full range of security documents (including debentures, legal charges, share, charges, account charges and guarantees) and inter-creditor arrangements.

Prior to joining Acuity Law, Claire is a distinguished alumnus of a host of national and international firms, including Clifford Chance, Freshfields, Howard Kennedy, Clyde & Co and Hill Dickinson.
