Dan is a solicitor within Acuity’s employment team.

Dan trained and qualified with Foot Anstey and has worked at DAC Beachcroft and Royds Withy King post qualification.

Dan studied LLB Law at the University of West of England and completed his masters in Legal Practice (with Business) at BPP.

Outside of Acuity, Dan is a long standing member of the Bristol Junior Chamber of Commerce. He also coaches Muay Thai at the University of West of England and is passionate about travelling the world and experiencing new cultures. Dan enjoys strategy games such as poker and chess.

  • Advising the founding members of Lite IP in connection with the sale of the company to the Glamox Luxonic Limited
  • Advised the founding shareholders of Jane IT in connection with the sale of the company to the Juniper Education group, a multi-national education support service provider with a growing portfolio of innovative software solutions
  • Advised Business Systems (U.K) Limited and its shareholders in connection with an investment by private equity house August Equity
