Daniel Moores

Daniel Moores is an Associate in our Corporate Healthcare team. He specialises in acquisitions, mergers and disposals within the healthcare sector and has extensive experience advising healthcare professionals, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of transactional matters, with a particular focus on dental practice sales and acquisitions.

With over 10 years’ experience in the dental sector, Daniel has acted on numerous practice purchases, sales, mergers and restructurings, providing commercially focused advice throughout the transaction lifecycle. He works closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory and contractual issues, helping to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and successfully.

In addition to his transactional practice, Daniel advises healthcare providers on regulatory matters, including applications to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the registration of new providers and changes to existing providers. He  also regularly assists dental practitioners with the process of taking “24-hour retirement” to access their NHS pension benefits, while safeguarding their General Dental Services (GDS) contracts and ensuring continuity of service provision.
