Ffyon Bailey

Ffyon Bailey is a Paralegal within our Commercial and Technology team.

She recently completed an LLM in Commercial Law and LegalTech at Swansea University, where she focused on the legal and practical impact of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and blockchain. Her work explored how these technologies are shaping legal practice, regulation, and the allocation of risk and liability.

Ffyon has a particular interest in AI and private law, with a focus on how businesses can navigate regulatory requirements and manage legal risk. She brings experience across contract law, intellectual property, and the regulation of e-commerce and electronic payments.

Ffyon is working towards qualifying as a solicitor via the SQE, with a view to supporting clients operating in technology led sectors.
