Frances Nunn

Frances Nunn is a Consultant Partner within our Real Estate and Commercial & Technology Teams.

Frances works in a niche area of law, which bridges commercial contracts, commercial real estate litigation and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on telecoms and energy infrastructure. She specialises in advising landowner issues related to telecom towers, masts and all types of rooftop equipment.

For several years, Frances served as in-house legal counsel, where she drafted and negotiated new Code Agreements for operators. Notably, she completed the first consensual agreements. As a result, she now helps bridge the gap between operators and their evolving commercial needs, while working for landowners and their agents to support the rollout of 5G. Her role is unique and targets niche opportunities.

In addition, Frances is a member of the National Connectivity Alliance – an organisation established to strengthen communication between all parties involved in the telecoms sector.

Frances chose to join Acuity Law because of the chance to develop her own brand and to create a long-term succession plan. Moreover, she is also passionate about energy infrastructure and recognises the urgency to support the landowning community and developers to meet the 2050 targets, while also safeguarding existing assets. Frances appreciates the flexibility and platform that Acuity provides to build her practice.
