Frances Nunn works in a niche area of law which lies between commercial contracts, commercial real estate litigation and commercial real estate focusing on telecoms infrastructure and energy infrastructure. She specialises in handling landowner issues related to telecom towers, masts and all types of rooftop equipment.

Frances spent years working as an in-house legal counsel drafting and negotiating new Code Agreements for operators (indeed completing the first consensual agreements) and now helps bridge the gap and understanding between the Operators and their various commercial needs and working closely with landowners and their agents to deliver the roll out of 5G. Her role is unique and focuses on niche and valuable opportunities. Frances is a member of the National Connectivity Alliance which is an organisation that was founded two years ago to build the communication channels between all parties.

Frances was drawn to Acuity Law because of the chance to develop her own brand and to create a long-term succession plan. She is also passionate about energy infrastructure and the urgency to support the landowning community an developers to meet the 2050 targets while balancing the protection of existing assets. Frances values the flexibility and platform at Acuity to build her practice.
