Harriet Bland is a Solicitor within our Corporate team. 

She has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, the corporate aspects of banking and finance matters and general corporate advisory work, including shareholders’ agreements and articles of association. 

Harriet has significant experience advising clients on a wide range of acquisitions and disposals across multiple sectors. She has a particular focus on health and social care and has advised leading UK care home operators including Cygnet Healthcare, Choice Care Group and Consensus Support Services on their acquisitions. Harriet has also advised dental practices including PortmanDentex and Envisage Dental on their acquisitions and disposals. 

Harriet has substantial experience advising clients on management buy-outs across a variety of sectors and supporting start-ups and emerging businesses on their investment rounds.
