Humaira Ashraf

Humaira Ashraf is a solicitor in our Corporate Healthcare team.

She joined the Liverpool office of Goodman Grant (acquired by Acuity Law in 2022) in 2016, initially focusing on residential property, before specialising in corporate healthcare.

Following qualification, she works alongside the Corporate Healthcare team as a commercial property solicitor, handling property aspects of sales and acquisitions, refinancing and  landlord and tenant matters.  Humaira has particular expertise in the primary care sector, frequently advising on GP leases and the  acquistion of properties for GP practices.

• Advising clients on property contracts
• Dealing with all matters in relation to acquisitions or disposals of freehold or leasehold property
• Dealing with landlord and tenant matters, including giving advice on and drafting new leases, renewal leases, surrenders, licences and notices
• Advising on all aspects of commercial lending
• Assisting on all aspects of real estate and property in health care acquisitions
• Advising on primary care property matters, including drafting and negotiating and handling property sales and purchases of GP practices.
