Ingrid Anderson

Ingrid Anderson is a Paralegal within our Corporate Healthcare Team. 

With a strong background in corporate law, Ingrid has over six years’ experience supporting high-value transactions, contract negotiation and compliance across the EMEA region. She is skilled in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and liaising with clients, external counsel and stakeholders at all levels.  

Ingrid plays a key role in the delivery of healthcare-focused transactions, assisting with due diligence processes, document review and data room management, and supporting the preparation of transaction and completion documentation. She also has experience liaising with clients and third parties and helping to coordinate matters to ensure transactions progress efficiently. 

In addition, Ingrid also assists with matter and transaction management, including tracking key dates, conditions precedent and completion checklists, as well as supporting client onboarding, compliance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, she undertakes legal and regulatory research relating to corporate and healthcare matters, helping the team stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments.
