An experienced solicitor specialising in residential development and complex commercial property transactions he works with property developers, commercial landlords, investors and SMEs, providing clear, practical advice that keeps deals progressing and protects his clients’ interests.

Jonathan’s main client base is in London, Surrey and Sussex although he deals with property all over England and Wales.

He has extensive experience managing high-value development projects, supporting clients at every stage — from site acquisition and structuring through to refinancing and unit disposals. He also advises on the property elements of business acquisitions and disposals, including commercial and retail leases, landlord and tenant matters, and complex refinancing arrangements. His focus is on managing risk while helping clients achieve the best commercial outcome.

Jonathan combines technical legal expertise with strong commercial awareness, delivering straightforward, solution-focused advice. He works closely with clients to spot issues early and resolve them efficiently, helping transactions complete smoothly.
