Joshua Prior

Joshua Prior is a Solicitor in our Corporate team having joined Acuity Law as a paralegal in 2022 before qualifying in 2026.

Joshua advises on mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of sections and often works on banking and finance matters too. He has an interest in the technology and AI sectors and is passionate about the use of technology in his practice of law. Joshua enjoys working with start-ups and growth companies, advising on their growth, investment rounds, and general strategic matters.

Joshua’s training included seats within Real Estate, Commercial Dispute Resolution, and a double seat in our Corporate team, providing him with a well-rounded approach to clients’ matters. 

Joshua graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Politics before completing a master’s degree in Law and Legal Practice at BPP Law School and passing his Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2025.
