Kerly Chacon

Kerly Chacon is an Solicitor within our Corporate Healthcare Team.

She began her career in the dental sector as a Paralegal in 2021 before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024. She has valuable experience assisting in dental corporate transactions and dental litigation matters, giving her a well rounded understanding of the legal issues affecting dental professionals and practice owners.

In her current role, she advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, including both asset and share sales and purchases. 

She also assists with Care Quality Commission (CQC) applications, guiding clients through the application process.
