Lisa is a Senior Associate in our Employment team.

She handles the full range of Employment matters, and has a particular interest in family rights, menopause in the workplace and the changing workforce. She is particularly active on behalf of clients in the media and gaming sectors, as well as for tech start-ups.

She is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including respondent Employment Tribunal work, multi-jurisdictional projects and company restructuring, as well as strategy and policy implementation. She also handles client training as part of a broad-based practice encompassing the gamut of day-to-day HR and Employment advice.

Lisa is a fluent Welsh speaker and is equally happy to advise, train and support clients in both Welsh and English.

Outside the office, Lisa is an accomplished musician with a Masters in Music.
