Lisa Dafydd is a Senior Associate in our Employment team.

She advises on the full range of employment law matters, acting for clients across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in the dental industry, film and media, and tech start-ups. Lisa is actively involved in supporting dental clients such as DeNovo and Portman Dentex.

Lisa has significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal proceedings, company restructuring, and multi-jurisdictional projects. She regularly advises on TUPE, due diligence in corporate transactions, policy implementation, redundancies and wider strategic HR issues, as well as delivering client training.

She has a particular interest in family rights, menopause in the workplace and the changing workforce, and provides practical, commercially focused advice across day-to-day HR and employment matters.

Lisa is a fluent Welsh speaker and is equally comfortable advising, training and supporting clients in both Welsh and English.

Outside the office, Lisa is an accomplished musician with a Masters in Music.
