Acting for BVI-based funder Marshal European Investment Co I Sarl in its funding of development sites within the UK.

Advising Zorin Finance on a £70 million investment refinancing loan to the Botley Development Company, supporting the development of student accommodations, build-to-rent properties, a hotel, and commercial and community spaces in Oxford.

Acting on the purchase of two major office blocks in London for British Land for over £35 million and the sale of the Debenhams store at Clapham Junction for £48 million.
