Louise Walker

Louise Walker is a Consultant within our Corporate team.

Dual qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales and as an Australian lawyer, Louise began her legal career in Melbourne, Australia before moving to the UK in 2011, where she has since worked in both corporate and commercial legal roles. She brings with her over 15 years of experience spanning private practice and in-house positions.

Her career includes time at leading firms such as Minter Ellison in Melbourne and Linklaters LLP in London, as well as several years working in-house at BBC Studios. Louise went on to become Head of Legal at Nova Systems International, the international arm of an Australian engineering consultancy group, before moving into consultancy.

Louise has a passion for corporate work, with expertise across both transactional and advisory matters. Her experience covers company acquisitions and disposals, start-ups, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and board advisory matters.

Recognised for her focused and thorough approach, Louise combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen, delivering clear, practical advice that helps clients navigate challenges with confidence.
