Martin is a Senior Associate in the team.

Martin trained, qualified, and practised for ten years in the City of London, at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Stewarts. He advises on contentious, high-value and often cross-border commercial disputes for a broad range of clients from the financial services, telecommunications and energy sectors. He has advised both multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals.

Martin possesses particular expertise in advising on negligence and misrepresentation claims (including for many high-profile individuals from the sports and media sectors), breach of contract, regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.

He has also worked on significant public law challenges, including judicial review claims for both private and public sector clients.
