Mehreen is a Solicitor in our Immigration Team.

She graduated in Law from Coventry University in 2018, completing her LLM LPC at BPP the following year.

Mehreen has since developed a specialist skillset in immigration matters, including corporate immigration practice such as sponsorship licences and Skilled Worker visas.

She also has extensive experience in private immigration matters such as EU, entry clearance, human rights, indefinite leave to remain, naturalisation, further submissions, asylum and protection applications, extension of visa applications under the five- and ten-year routes to settlement, as well as appeals, Immigration bail and judicial review.

Detailed representations were submitted to the Home Office whereby Mehreen successfully argued that the Secretary of State should exercise discretion in respect of the period of overstaying and that all other requirements for a Skilled Worker visa had been met
  • Successfully obtaining immigration bail on behalf of a client with refugee status, who was detained by the Home Office due to a previous conviction
  • Successfully obtaining immigration bail for all clients who have instructed to date
