Paul Gilks

Paul has extensive transactional experience, including deals involving listings on the LSE, AIM, Aquis and TISE, as well as complex international transactions. He acts for a broad range of clients, including entrepreneurs, management teams, investors, banks, private equity institutions and listed companies.

He has particular sector expertise in property, retail, technology and media, having advised property companies, hotel groups, restaurant chains and franchisors on a wide range of corporate matters. Paul also works closely with fintech, medtech and clean tech businesses, as well as angel investors operating within those sectors.
