Pippa Bridger is an Associate within our Corporate team.

She has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.

She acts for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, high-growth businesses, founders and established private companies across a variety of sectors, including technology, retail, marketing, entertainment, real estate and healthcare.

Before joining Acuity, Pippa worked as an associate at an international firm, where she gained extensive M&A experience advising on healthcare transactions for dental, pharmacy and veterinary clients. She also advised on a number of disposals and acquisitions in the technology sector, including transactions with international elements.
