Rhydian is a Paralegal in our Real Estate team.

He provides support on commercial and residential property transactions. He is well-versed in the entire life cycle of a real estate matter, from set-up and case progression, through to completion and post-completion matters, including client liaison.

He has worked extensively on behalf of property developers, handling local authority-related matters and landlord and tenant issues.

Rhydian graduated in Law from Cardiff University in 2021 and is studying for the LPC alongside his paralegal duties.

He is a keen rugby fan and a Scarlets season ticket holder. He also enjoys cricket, going to the gym, and spending time on the beach.
