As Operations Director, Rob is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s infrastructure, systems and processes.
Rob has extensive experience of managing and improving operational functions across multiple law firm models including Eversheds, NewLaw and Coop Legal Services. In addition, Rob has managed companies providing ancillary services for law firms, including Injury QED and Carbon Managed Services.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Rob is driven by delivering business efficiencies and improvements to services for Acuity and its clients.
