Rob Morgan

Robert Morgan is a Consultant Partner within our Real Estate Team.

Having trained and worked at both large City and regional firms, Rob specialises in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property matters.

Rob Morgan has significant experience with the acquisition and disposal of office, retail, and industrial properties, secured lending, development, and landlord and tenant and is exceptionally competent dealing with both the transactional and due diligence elements of such matters.

Rob acts for a variety of clients, including national car dealerships, public bodies, landlords with large industrial estate portfolios, well-known high-street retail tenants across England and Wales, as well as pub and restaurant tenants in Central London.
