Robert is a senior associate in our Real Estate team.

An experienced commercial property lawyer, he has a varied client base, encompassing property developers, ports and the university and healthcare sectors.

His clients include Associated British Ports, which he has represented in commercial lettings and other arrangements regarding its port property portfolio, as well as the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David, which he advised in relation to major campus, retail, hotel and residential development and also in a joint development with Aldi Stores.

Other clients include Rightacres Property Co. Limited and Pegasus Developments Limited.

  • Acting for Rightacres Property Co. Limited in retail lettings at the BBC Building in Central Square, Cardiff, to Tesco, Boots, Greggs and Pret A Manger
  • Part of the team advising University of Wales, Trinity Saint David in the development of its University Estate at SA1 Waterfront, Swansea to include arrangements with a Dubai based partner for collaborative development of adjacent landholdings
  • Providing advice to Wolverhampton City Council in documenting and securing payments of overage upon sales of commercial units to be developed on land for which grant funding has been provided for initial remediation and provision of required infrastructure
