Shawnee is a commercial property Associate who joined Acuity in April 2023. She deals with all aspects of commercial property work including assisting developers with development sites and the initial site purchase, conditional contracts, ancillary documents such as s104 and s106 agreements, structuring of mixed-use development sites, and the subsequent plot sales and refinance.
Shawnee also deals with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant work including portfolio management and lease enfranchisement.
