Simon Morgan

Simon Morgan is a Consultant Partner within our Real Estate Team.

Simon is a specialist commercial property lawyer of more than 30 years’ standing. His practice encompasses a wide spectrum of property-related transactions, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, sales, purchases and financial restructuring of businesses, and all aspects of property funding and investment.

Simon’s large and varied client base includes investors, owners and occupiers of industrial estates, waste-to-energy reprocessing facilities, office buildings, retail shopping centres and individual retail and wholesale warehouses, hotels, pubs and restaurant properties. He acts for individuals, partnerships, pension companies, banks and all types of lending institutions.

Outside of the law, Simon has been married for 37 years and has two grown-up children who have fled the nest. He is a keen weightlifter, and also enjoys surfing, dogs, walking, holidays in France and local community projects.
