Humaira is a solicitor in our Corporate Healthcare team.

She joined the Liverpool office of Goodman Grant (acquired by Acuity Law in 2022) in 2016, initially focusing on residential property, before specialising in corporate healthcare.

Following qualification, she works alongside the Corporate Healthcare team as a commercial property solicitor, handling property aspects of sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and refinancing. 

Advising on a section 25 notice under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Advising corporate buyer on property acquisition/lease back and all associated banking security arrangements.

Carrying out property due diligence on portfolio acquisitions.

• Advising clients on property contracts
• Dealing with all matters in relation to acquisitions or disposals of freehold or leasehold property
• Dealing with landlord and tenant matters, including giving advice on and drafting new leases, renewal leases, surrenders, licences and notices
• Advising on all aspects of commercial lending
• Assisting on all aspects of real estate and property in health care acquisitions
