Aaliya Hyder is a Paralegal in our Real Estate Social Housing Team.
Aaliya supports the team with property transactions, development matters, and compliance processes for housing associations across the UK.
With experience gained through a vacation scheme at Acuity Law, she has developed strong legal drafting and research skills, along with an ability to communicate complex issues clearly – skills she now applies to tasks such as preparing contract documents, assisting with CPSEs, and supporting post-completion processes.
Her previous pro bono work on employment tribunal presentations sharpened her ability to explain legal procedures to diverse audiences, which complements her role in client onboarding and regulatory support. She also brings a detail-oriented approach developed through client-facing roles in both legal and commercial settings.
Aaliya is particularly motivated by the social impact of the team’s work and is enthusiastic about contributing to a sector that combines commercial law with meaningful outcomes.
