Anisha Patel is a legal director and an integral member of the Real Estate team.

She is experienced dealing in a broad range of property transactions, focusing predominantly on real estate finance. Anisha acts for several private funders in relation to the funding of residential developments, and advises many of the department’s key clients in relation to regeneration and development projects, as well as on the property aspects of transactions

Advising Zorin Finance on its largest loan to date, a £70 million investment refinancing loan to the Botley Development Company. This refinancing loan supported the development of student accommodations, build-to-rent properties, a hotel, and commercial and community spaces in Oxford.

Advising A.S.K. Partners, a boutique specialist property lender, on a £6.9 million central London office building refinancing.

Assisting senior fee earners with the ongoing regeneration of Central Square, Cardiff for Cardiff-based property developer, Rightacres Property Co Limited.

Advising healthcare outfit, Babylon Partners Limited and Babylon Healthcare Services Limited, in relation to the re-gear of its head office occupation in Chelsea, London and lettings of various office and clinical operations nationwide.

Advising and assisting with a £200 million mixed-use residential, affordable housing and secondary school development in Southwark, London.

Acting for Portman Healthcare Limited on the property aspects of its nationwide dental acquisitions.
