She has spent more than two decades developing and nurturing long-standing relationships among clients closing complex and high-value deals, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, investments, fundraisings, refinancings and joint ventures.
She is the “go to” dealmaker and legal adviser for a significant number of high-profile Wales-based clients including Facilities by ADF (AIM-listed), Brickability Group (AIM-listed), Principality Building Society and Bluestone Resorts, highlighting her solid reputation in the Welsh corporate market.
Nationally, she is well-respected in the health and social care sector, advising leading UK care home operators and social care providers including Choice Care Group, Achieve Together, Cygnet Healthcare and Consensus Support Services on their acquisitions, and supporting their growth strategies.
Her work in 2024 included the high-profile acquisition by AIM-listed Facilities by ADF PLC of Autotrak Portable Roadways Ltd for up to £21.3 million and its associated fundraising which raised gross proceeds for ADF of £10 million via a placing.
