Cameron is a solicitor in our Corporate team.
He handles mergers and acquisitions MBOs, group restructurings, corporate agreements and debt financing across spans a range of sectors, with particular experience in insurance and financial services, transport, energy, healthcare and pharmaceutical, and food and retail deals.
Cameron trained and qualified at a commercial firm in the City of London. He also worked previously at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, and is a fluent French speaker.
Outside work, he is a singer/songwriter in a band, and also enjoys boxing, reading and supporting Manchester United.
