Clare Emery is a Partner within our Corporate Healthcare Team.
Clare is a corporate lawyer with a specialist interest in representing healthcare clients. She has worked within the healthcare sector for more than 20 years and, as such, is nationally recognised for her expertise in advising healthcare professionals. Previously a partner in the healthcare team at a UK top 50 Law firm, Clare joined Acuity in January 2025.
Clare’s work focuses on helping her healthcare clients to achieve their personal ambitions through buying, selling or restructuring their practices. Her understanding and experience of the NHS and CQC regulatory frameworks allows her to provide sector specialist support to clients.
She is a member of the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers, the pre-eminent centre of excellence for accounting, tax and legal matters for dentists. Clare is recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner for Corporate and Commercial work in the West Midlands.
