In her role as Recruitment Administrator, Danielle takes the lead in managing our agency relationships ensuring strong working partnerships with our trusted team of external recruiters.

Danielle focuses on our end-to-end talent acquisition pipeline, ensuring candidates receive a first-class experience. She ensures job advertisements are live across multiple platforms, including online job boards, the internal careers page, the website, and social media channels. Danielle is also involved in screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews, handling all the necessary administrative tasks to streamline the recruitment process.

Before joining Acuity, Danielle gained valuable experience within the recruitment industry. Her expertise in onboarding candidates, managing diaries, processing payroll, and organising events has equipped her with a diverse and adaptable skill set. Danielle is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and is excited to apply her knowledge to attract and retain top-tier talent, ultimately contributing to Acuity’s ongoing success.
