Elen Jones is a Client & Market Intelligence Manager withing our Marketing Team.

Elen supports the firm’s growth ambitions through data-driven insight and strong client relationship management. With extensive experience in marketing, client intelligence and analytics, Elen works closely with teams across the firm to strengthen client relationships and support business development activity. She is responsible for managing and optimising Acuity’s CRM capability, ensuring data quality, driving engagement across the business and translating insight into meaningful opportunities for growth.

Elen’s role also focuses on market and competitive intelligence, analysing trends, client sectors and performance data to inform strategic decision-making. By placing client and market insight at the heart of the marketing function, she helps the firm deepen client partnerships and deliver sustainable, long-term growth.
