Emma Rowe is a Consultant Partner in our Real Estate team.
Emma began her career in property law in 1996 and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Subsequently, she then joined Kidd Rapinet as a Partner in 2015 and stepped in to the role of Managing Partner in 2017.
Emma brings extensive experience in commercial property matters. She advises on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, acting for both landlords and tenants. In particular, her work includes everything from short-term leases of high street retail units to the long-term acquisition of industrial and office premises across city locations.
Moreover, Emma also frequently supports clients through the sale and purchase of businesses as going concerns, handling both operational and property-related aspect. Her loyal client base reflects her hands-on, personable approach, and her ability to tailor advice to each client’s unique commercial needs.
As a result of her experience, Emma understands business operations in depth, which enables her to offer practical, commercially driven advice across all aspects of real estate.
